I organize Grok Bot like an org system with a chief of staff, project leads, and shared specialists.
The chief is the main interface. Project leaders own projects, not tasks. Specialists sit underneath those leads and get reused across projects.
If you add a bunch of bots on one flat level, it does not work. Pin the chief and active project leads. Hide the one-off bots.
Colors, shapes, and channels
Use the default Grok Bot designs. My chief is the only purple bot. Project leaders each get a unique color. Specialists are green.
Cloud for the chief, triangles for leads, squares for specialists. I do not use the other shapes.
You need two kinds of channels: all hands, where the chief coordinates the project managers every weekday, and one project channel per triangle bot.
