A public build log about the automation payoff of an already-sorted dashboard, a workshop board that can actually run, and a private repo that lets the same chief-of-staff system work across agent tools.

Today worked because the real priorities were already waiting when I opened the dashboard. From there I tightened one workshop into a single board, cut a content plan down to the useful version, and moved the operating layer into a private repo so the same system can travel across agent tools and devices.
